  • What is the role of an Event Planner?
    The role of an Event Planner is to coordinate, plan and execute all aspects of the event to deliver the desired result. An event planner needs to take care of number of responsibilities – • To meet the client to understand nature of the event and its intent. • Drafting an action plan for the event, including venue, date and expenses. • To coordinate with service providers and get best deals from them for their services (example: Florists, photographers, equipment suppliers, caterers, technicians, entertainment artists, etc.) • Keep the client informed about the development of the event. • In certain cases, making arrangement for Rooms, Transportation and food too. • Visit the site if possible else coordinate with people on-site to make sure that everything is going as per schedule and as per plan. • And finally, making payments to all the event participants (service providers). .
  • Are there any cancellation charges charged by you?
    If the event is cancelled 120 days before the event date, then there are no charges, else 50% of the total event fee will be charged, and if the event is cancelled just 25 (working) days before the actual event date then 100% of the total event fee will be charged. We at Event By Delhiite aim at providing a customized party experience to all our clients and thus, we start planning and getting this ready well before time, and thus any cancellations made by you would still mean that by then we would have dedicated a lot of our working hours towards getting the event ready for you and thus these charges. All such cancellations must be given in writing from the client and once received; the event will be understood to have been cancelled. Event By Delhiite reserves the right to cancel the client’s booking, if the client has made more than 35% change in the original contract. And the cancellation charges rule will apply. Any postponements of the event date will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.
  • Are we charged separately for various event services??
    We at Event By Delhiite have many packages for you to choose from, if the services you wish is already a part of your package then there are no extra charge for it, else yes there would be an extra charge for the same, also it would completely depend upon it’s feasibility and availability factor.
  • Do we get to select from Your Event Partner Vendors?
    Yes, of course, with time we have forged a great relationship with a good number of high-quality vendors. Depending upon who is available for your event date and location, we would get the best person to get your work done, but if you wish to have a word with them, that could be arranged too.
  • What all events are planned by Event By Delhiite?
    We are a professional group of people who expertise in organizing every type of event for you ranging from destination wedding to farmhouse weddings, corporate events to college fests, birthday parties to team building activities etc. We are a stop destination for all your event needs.
  • Is The Delhiite Expert Team (T-Det) available 24x7?
    On the day of your event, a member of T-Det or a delegated member would be available for you to communicate with. Every aspect of the event is beautifully planned by the expert team and therefore you would have nothing to worry about. Everything would be well communicated to you at time the time for finalizing the contract.
