It would completely depend upon how many hours you would want to give in for the activity. We start with a little introduction, followed by Ice-breakers and then move on to ‘team building activities’. If it’s a daylong event, we include discussions and reactions after each activity. The event would be full of lots of surprises and a closing celebration towards the end. Depending upon the hours dedicated towards the activity, Event By Delhiite would arrange lunch or evening tea or both, whatever would have been finalised by you.

What is a team building day like?

Can you travel to our location, does it cost extra?Yes, we can travel to your location, for both discussion and conducting an event. If you are located close to any of our team members of The Dehiite Expert Team (T-Det) then there is no extra cost of visiting you, else yes you would have to bear our travel expenses, though we make our own arrangements (the cheapest we can find).

Can anything be done if I wish to alter number of people for the event?If your event is more than 10 days away and only if you wish to add more members you can email us on the official email id or get in touch with a member of The Delhiite Expert Team (T-Det) and we would make changes accordingly. Any last minute changes could makes things difficult for us in organizing the event.

Do I need to manage things from my end too for the event?During our meet we could discuss our roles. Though at Event By Delhiite, we can handle every task related to your event. So, if desired, we could create a social media group for you and your team to join and we could coordinate through the group, so that you can relax and focus on what you do best.

Is Team Building Activity any good, what effect does it have?Yes, Team Building activities are highly effective for every organization, be it a school, or a college or a business. If conducted properly, then it enhances the output of the team, as they get familiar with strengths and weakness of their members on a personal level thus they would assign roles that would suit one the best and help those where they lack. The major thing is to find and remove any problem that one might have in the group, if that is achieved then it would have a positive effect on the team’s output. The main reasons for it failing could be poor management of the event or lack of interest by the participants, etc. Having said that, even if the Team Building Activity may not achieve its goal, but it helps you understand the problems, so that you can work on them, so even in its failure, it helps you to recognize the flaws and gives you a chance to work upon them.
